Buildings in the water by the Dinsmore Bridge. In fact going east from the airport buildings are in the water at various areas on the Fraser River.

Thanks for the great scenery, it's outstanding and well overdue. I have FSAddon's Vancouver+ installed.

Issue solved. I went into Vancouver+'s scenery options and unchecked CYVR. All is well now.
